🔁 Eligibility for Exchange
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day exchange policy on all products except: tempered glass, phone skins, camera lens protectors, and products bought during sales or special offers.
Conditions for Exchange:
- The exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Email your request to support@covercarts.com
- The product must be in its original condition, as received.
- The product must not be used.
- The protective film must not be removed.
- You must have the Order ID and Invoice.
- The product must pass our quality check once received via reverse pickup.
- Items bought on sale or under BOGO (Buy One Get One) offers are not eligible for exchange.
💵 Eligibility for Refund (via Store Credits)
We offer 3-day refunds via Store Credit on all eligible products (excluding tempered glass, phone skins, camera lens protectors, and sale/offer items).
Conditions for Refund:
- The refund request must be made within 3 days of delivery.
- Email your request to support@covercarts.com
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- The protective film must not be removed.
- You must have the Order ID and Invoice.
- Refunds will only be processed after the product passes our quality check upon reverse pickup.
- The Store Credit will be issued within 48–72 hours after approval.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, COD charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Items bought on sale or under BOGO offers are not eligible for a refund.
💳 Store Credit Terms
- Store Credit can only be used on the same account that placed the original order.
- Store Credit is automatically applied to future purchases at https://jobs.hindenews.com/
- If your order total exceeds the Store Credit value, the remaining amount must be paid via another payment method.
- Orders with a subtotal between ₹399 and ₹999 are eligible for Cash on Delivery.
📌 How to Check Your Store Credit Balance:
Store Credit balance will be visible on your Account Page.
⏳ Expiration:
Unused Store Credit will expire 12 months from the date of issue.
❌ Refunds Will NOT Be Issued If:
- You placed the wrong order (e.g., wrong model or product).
- The product is not as expected or differs from personal expectations.
- The item was not purchased from our official website (e.g., bought locally or from another platform).
Important: If your product arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing support@covercarts.comtions related to refunds and returns.
